(CRC) On September 16th 2025, Chrystia Freeland, who had served as former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s "Minister of Everything" (including the posts of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Prime Minister, and Finance Minister), resigned from all cabinet positions. Last year, she was demoted by current Prime Minister, Mark Carney, to Minister of Transport and Internal Trade. Though Carney is reported to be distancing himself from Trudeau’s legacy, she is being redeployed to a key position, as Special Representative for the Reconstruction of Ukraine. "I am not leaving to spend more time with my family or because the burden of elected office is too heavy to bear," she wrote.

Freeland visited Ukraine last week with Canadian Ambassador to Ukraine Natalka Cmoc, former Prime minister Jean Chretien and former Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Andrew Furey.

Ms Freeland’s meteoric rise to fame was always based on her fanatical commitment to the destabilisation of Russia, through her support for "Ukrainian freedom." This briefing has documented her connections to the former Nazis, including her grandfather, who published a pro-Nazi newspaper during WWII.

Despite President Trump’s sometimes "uncertain trumpet" about ending the threat of war against Russia, the British centred elites seem determined to escalate it. Freeland has cited the Ukraine issue as an important part of future global economic plans. [FH}
